Have used Storage Wise for over 10 years now - a few different units over two locations. Great customer service. Manager has always been patient and informative, offering options on how to save some $$$. Very easy to use website to register and pay monthly bill. I was told several years ago there used to be a dumpster on-site but some folks abused the use of it.....basically emptying their entire unit into the dumpster.“

We made a reservation for the storage unit online and it was a simple process. We were also able to set up an account with autopay online easily and received the unit number and lock combination via email. All took less than 15 minutes and we just drove to the unit and delivered our things. The unit was clean and convenient. They also had a 50% discount for the first 3 months rental fee! Overall a great experience!“
