Overall great experience with good ease of access to unit, cleanliness, and value for price. The only issue I had was being unable to remove items from a unit after a snow/ice storm. When calling the office, was told the company would not plow the roads within the compound for clients to access their units nor were we allowed to plow them ourselves for liability purposes. I run a nonprofit and had material I needed access to, and due to the reasons they gave above, was delayed extended days as I had no access to my unit though highways and roads in the surrounding area were clear. Greater consideration of customer satisfaction would have helped make it a five star review.
