I’ve had my storage unit here for over 6 years and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had an issue with my lock not securing my unit properly, and the staff noticed it right away and put a lock on it for me to keep everything safe until I could take care of it. I really appreciated them looking out for their customers like that.
Anytime I’ve visited my unit, the access areas have been clean, clear, and easy to get to. The property is well maintained, and the staff has always been helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a secure and well-managed storage unit.“

The lady Manager at Storage Wise in Lugoff was very professional and helpful.
She helped expedite all the necessary paperwork and followed up to assure it was correct. The facility was clean and my unit locks and doors worked easily - which is not always the case with storage units.
Access security was good and ease of entry to the unit went without a hitch.
