From Lugoff, SC:
- Head east on Ridgeway Rd toward Arlington Dr
- Turn right onto US-1 S/US-601 S/Main St
- Use the right 2 lanes to take the ramp to Columbia/Orangeburg
- Continue onto US-601 S
